On Sept. 26, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) made available for download your 2015 Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) Feedback Reports and 2015 Annual Quality and Resource Use Reports (QRUR).

These reports lay out your positive, neutral or negative payment adjustments under the PQRS and Value-Based Modifier programs, respectively, for your 2017 Medicare reimbursements.

If you were enrolled in PQRS and submitted quality measures in 2015, the PQRS Feedback Report provides you with your 2015 program results. Meanwhile, your QRUR focuses on your reported 2015 quality and cost measures and contains important information regarding care delivered to Medicare beneficiaries that you can use to better understand and improve quality and care coordination.

You can access the reports through CMS’s Enterprise Portal by using your Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) account. If you don’t already have such as account, you can set one up at the Portal as well.
