Andrei Costantino has been the Director of Integrity & Compliance at CHE Trinity Health for approximately 8 years. Andrei has over 24 years of health care industry experience specializing in regulatory compliance, third party reimbursement, Medicare and Medicaid fraud defense, compliance risk assessments and compliance education and training.
His experience includes leading numerous audits and consulting engagements supporting health care providers including hospitals, clinical laboratories, physician practices, home health, and skilled nursing facilities.
Andrei provides leadership to a team of professionals performing clinical, coding and regulatory compliance audits and consulting engagements in CHE Trinity Health as well as leadership support to CHE Trinity Health’s system-wide compliance program.
Prior to joining CHE Trinity Health in 2006, Andrei was a partner with Parente Beard LLC in Harrisburg PA and formerly worked in healthcare consulting for Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLC. Andrei received a B.S. degree in accounting and finance from Juniata College and a Masters in Health Administration from Penn State University.
