Kyle is a trial lawyer and partner at Brennan Manna & Diamond LLC. He has substantial experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in property and casualty litigation. Kyle is experienced in risk avoidance, management, and transfer strategies and has substantial experience litigating contractual issues and insight into the costs and benefits. He has also represented clients in state and federal court in matters involving commercial disputes, tort claims, the defense of class-action claims, and prosecuting and defending emergency motions for injunctive relief.
