As a Healthcare Consultant for SVA Healthcare Services, LLC, Marcy works with clients to improve their billing processes and workflow by identifying trends in billing and denial issues. She also manages AR, denial, and contract reviews.
Marcy assists with provider credentialing to ensure timely and efficient participation of new providers to a practice.
She works with facilities experiencing back log issues due to computer conversions. Marcy identifies issues and works with staff on site or remotely to clean up and resolve old AR from the conversion. She monitors back log projects from their inception and communicates with the managing staff to provide updates on the progress of the clean up.
She also trains client staff to provide exceptional customer service to prevent and reduce patient disputes. In addition, Marcy also works with facilities experiencing staffing and other internal issues to resolve these matters.
