Melody Irvine specializes in physician auditing, education and curriculum development. She speaks nationally and is a former member of the AAPC National Advisory Board and Member Relations Officer for 2009-2013. She is also employed with AAPC as an ICD-10-CM trainer.
Some of her 30 years of experience includes: Working in the hospital and physician facilities and developed medical billing and coding programs for local colleges. As the Director of Coding for 48 physicians her experience included implementation of HIPAA & Compliance, and Director of an Urgent Care Clinic. She has been teaching and providing education to physicians and students for over 20 years.
Most important of all, Melody has a passion for her line of work and enjoys the rewards of helping individuals grow in this ever-changing medical field.
