Seth Canterbury is an Education Specialist with the University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians, Inc., a level 1 trauma center and teaching hospital. Seth provides ongoing instruction to providers and billing staff on a wide variety of topics that relate not only to professional fee coding but to professional fee billing compliance topics such as non-physician practitioner billing and teaching physician billing.
Seth has developed many educational tools used by providers nation-wide and regularly participates in conferences and seminars as a guest speaker, as well as providing ongoing consultant services.
Seth received his Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from the AAPC in 2001 and additional certification as an Advanced Coding Specialist-Evaluation and Management Coding Auditor (ACS-EM) from the Board of Medical Specialty Coding in 2006. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Georgia in 1999. Seth is an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer.
