Mary brings over 30 years of domestic and international credentialing and privileging experience to her work with medical staff leaders and medical staff services professionals. Her previous roles as a director of medical staff services in hospitals and her work as a consultant makes her uniquely qualified to assist medical staff service professionals to address their most difficult challenges.

Dr. Baker advises clients in the areas of regulatory compliance, credentialing and privileging, quality/performance improvement, medical staff services department effectiveness, credentialing verification organization implementation and assessment, and medical staff services professional leadership and development training. She also speaks on number of topics related to medical staff services functions and national and international regulatory compliance.

Dr. Baker is a certified CPCS and CPMSM and has been a member with the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) since 1990. She has served as President Elect of the Ohio Association Medical Staff Services (OAMSS) and as a Board Member of Texas Society Medical Staff Management (TSMSS). She received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University and a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix University.
