Toni Elhoms is an internationally known speaker and recognized subject matter expert on medical coding, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management. She is the Founder and CEO of Alpha Coding Experts, LLC. She holds multiple credentials with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). With over a decade of industry experience, she has led and supported hospital systems, universities, physician practices, payers, law firms, government agencies, and other entities on coding, billing, and compliance initiatives.
A recognized leader known for crafting strategic vision to achieve business goals through the development and execution of process efficiency, out-of-the box thinking, and key management partnerships. While serving as a Product Line Senior Director with Aperture Credentialing, LLC, Tracey has achieved a strong customer collaboration to secure customer commitment to efficient provider enrollment/credentialing and the use of our products to get to a very efficient process. Tracey’s career is comprised of over fifteen years management experience and over ten years project management execution while being recognized by staff for exceptional customer focus and employee recognition opportunity as “One of our Best” nominated by employees and leaders. Tracey has dedicated her adult career to health care organizations experiencing process failure and been a part of achieving process success, execution successful implementation of training and process change, and leaves a mark as a leader by example. Tracey holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Project Management and donates time and dollars to help children play sports who otherwise cannot afford it. She also has a passion for the outdoors while spending time with family and on her Harley. Tracey lives in Minnesota hence being outdoors is a love and a must. Even in the cold!!!.

Tracy has over 40 years of experience in various specialties in the areas of practice management, billing and coding, including training, communications, and policy and procedure development. She is an ACMPE Fellow with MGMA, a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), a Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CMPA), a Certified Evaluation and Management Auditor (CEMC) a Certified Professional Medical Coding Curriculum instructor (CPC-I), and an AAPC Fellow.
Veronica Hodges is a Medical Billing and Coding Instructor for Med Code Solutions and Training, LLC, and a Medical Office Administration Instructor for Rowan Cabarrus Community College.
Victoria is an RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator), a Clinical Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), a Certified Coding Specialist Physician-Based (CCS-P) and an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer with over 24 years experience in the healthcare field. Victoria is the Founder of a coding, auditing and CDI company called Integrity Coding Solutions.
Victoria is a surgical coder for a large physician group in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She has over seven years of experience in billing and coding for hospitalists, obstetrics/gynecology, transplant services, general surgery, hematology/oncology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. She previously worked as a coding and health information instructor and now teaches classes to prepare coding students for the CPC exam.
Wanda Register has been teaching in the college environment for over fifteen years.
