Effective Tuesday, May 30, 2023, Annual Training Subscription administrators will see several important improvements to their account. Many of these upgrades came from subscriber recommendations.
These upgrades will provide you with more control over your online trainings, the staff you allow to take the trainings, their training progress, and results related to their participation. See the recap video below for a sneak peek.
Below you will find a written breakdown of these key updates:
Feature #1: Add Users
Are multiple staff members using the subscription? If so, you will be able to add each of them as a User on the account. This means they will have their own login, giving them more privacy, as well as making it easier for you to track individual activity.
Feature #2: Assign Trainings
Let’s say you have “Mary” at your front desk who could benefit from the phone etiquette training, whereas “Kate,” your practice manager, will need to get the latest updates on telehealth rules. With this new feature, you will be able to assign each user a different, more targeted online training to meet their specific needs. Better yet, you will be able to assign one or multiple trainings in 2 easy steps.
Feature #3: Create Reports
Want to see your team’s progress? We have you covered. Through this new feature, you’ll be able to pull user reports, which include the online trainings your users have completed, as well as those pending completion. Also, if a specific online training includes a quiz, you will also have the ability to export those results to an Excel file (update: quiz feature will be available in June).
Remember – these upgrades will be LIVE and available to use starting Tuesday, May 30th.
Step-by-step videos will be provided, and administrators will be able to access them via the account’s dashboard starting on Tuesday, May 30th.
